Production process of strawberry can: raw material selection: removal of fruit stalks and sepals - cleaning and scalding - canning - venting - sealing - sterilization - cooling - finished product. After removing unripe, overripe, diseased insects and rotten fruit, select varieties with dark red fruit color, greater hardness, fewer and smaller seeds, uniform size and strong fragrance. The canned fruit made in this way has red fruit, complete fruit shape, toughness, transparent and bright red juice, strong flavor of the original fruit, sweet and sour taste. Rinse the selected fruits with running water, drain them, and immediately put them in boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes. The fruits are slightly soft but not rotten. The length of blanching time depends on the variety and maturity, and the blanching solution should be used continuously to reduce the loss of soluble solids in the fruits. After blanching, remove the fruit, drain the water, fill the can, and then inject 28% ~ 30% hot bran solution. The packed tank is sent into the exhaust tank for exhaust. When the center temperature of the tank reaches 80-85 ℃, the can sealing machine is used to seal it immediately. The sealed cans are immediately sent to the sterilizing kettle for sterilization treatment, and then cooled to 40℃, the cans can be sent to the insulation tank at 37.2 ℃ for 1 week for inspection, and the unqualified products such as fat cans, leaky cans and turbid juice tanks are removed. The qualified products will be put into the box and stored. 1, color: the fruit is bright red, the color in the same bottle is uniform. 2, taste and smell: sweet moderate, with strawberry should smell, no odor. 3, organizational morphology: fruit soft and hard moderate, uniform size, spherical, no debris pulp, no other impurities.
